Additionally featured in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key labelling various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
